Privacy Notice

Last updated 30 September 2026

Read the full privacy policy

Welcome to Nooveller Limited (we, us, or our). We are a financial technology company based in Ireland, currently in our pre-launch phase.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, process, and safeguard personal data when you join our pre-launch tracks, either as an individual joining our waitlist or as an organisation registering for B2B early access via our landing page.

This notice is narrowly tailored to our pre-launch data capture phase. Because we are not yet providing active financial services, we do not collect identity verification documents (KYC/AML data), banking credentials, credit card details, biometric data, or transactional history. A comprehensive platform Privacy Policy aligned with the Central Bank of Ireland and Irish data regulations will be made available and presented for your explicit acceptance at the moment our live financial services launch.

1. Data controller and contact

The data controller responsible for your personal data under Irish and European law is Nooveller Limited, 3 Rock Manor, Victoria Avenue, Cork, T12 XPN2, Ireland. Company registration number: 823807. Email: privacy@nooveller.com.

For privacy-related inquiries, data access requests, or to exercise your statutory rights under the GDPR, contact our data compliance team at that email address.

2. Eligible age requirement

Our website and upcoming financial platform are strictly directed at individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, track, or solicit personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor has submitted an entry to our waitlist, it will be immediately and permanently purged from our infrastructure.

3. What personal data we collect

We collect and process the following minimal categories of personal data.

Data you provide directly. Individual waitlist track: we collect your email address and your selections on three questions (what best describes you, who you are sending money to, and the main reason for sending). B2B early access track: we collect your name, company, role, work email, and a description of the flow that carries a rule today. That stream requires a valid business domain address. Generic consumer email domains such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, or outlook.com are restricted from this track.

Data collected automatically. Like most websites, we process non-directly identifying technical metadata via our core hosting infrastructure to ensure landing page security, stability, and fraud prevention: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device type; access times, session duration, and pages visited; and country of origin derived from your IP address.

4. Purpose of data use and legal basis

To manage B2B early access positions we process business emails to contact corporate leads prior to our public launch for private pilot or beta onboarding as soon as our initial operational capability allows. Lawful basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provide this by ticking the B2B registration opt-in box.

To manage individual waitlist placements we process consumer emails to distribute up to four service notifications regarding public platform availability (a main launch alert, followed by follow-up reminders at 30, 60, and 90 days after launch). Lawful basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You provide this by ticking the waitlist opt-in box.

Product development and optimisation: we aggregate and analyse structural responses to the waitlist questions to align upcoming product features with demand. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Landing page security and fraud prevention: we process automated technical logs to prevent sign-up abuse, block attacks, and maintain web server stability. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where we rely on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without penalty.

5. Data sharing and third-party processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is shared exclusively with trusted service providers acting as data processors under signed data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

Processor names for EEA hosting, CRM and email, and records tools will be published in this notice before we collect live waitlist entries. Preview environments are not used for live sign-ups.

6. International data transfers

Your personal data is primarily stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a technical sub-processor transfers data outside the EEA, we enforce compliance via the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) so that an equivalent layer of data protection follows your data.

7. Data retention and deletion

If you register an account: upon successful account registration (either during B2B early onboarding or the general public launch window), your pre-launch waitlist data will be securely migrated to your permanent user profile and governed by our live platform Privacy Policy.

If you do not register an account: for individuals, email and survey attributes will be automatically and permanently deleted from our active databases exactly 90 days after our official public launch date. For businesses, if your organisation does not onboard during early-access outreach, your data will be permanently deleted 90 days after our final launch communication.

If you withdraw consent, your email will be scrubbed from our active communication directories immediately upon request.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

As a data subject under the GDPR, you possess the following rights free of charge. You may exercise any of them by emailing privacy@nooveller.com.

Right of access (Article 15): request a copy of the specific data we hold about you. Right to rectification (Article 16): request correction of inaccurate personal data. Right to erasure (Article 17): request immediate removal from our waitlist systems and full database deletion. Right to restriction (Article 18) and to object (Article 21): request that we restrict or stop processing your survey answers based on legitimate interests.

We will respond to all statutory requests within 30 days. Because we are based in Ireland, you also retain the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) via www.dataprotection.ie or by mail to 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D24 HC78.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our landing page strictly to maintain website technical functionality, stability, and infrastructure security.

Strictly necessary cookies are essential for the website to function safely. They do not track personal behaviour, do not require prior consent under the ePrivacy Directive, and cannot be switched off.

We do not deploy advertising tags, tracking pixels (such as Google Ads or Meta pixels), or behavioural remarketing cookies on this pre-launch landing page. No data is shared with cross-site marketing platforms.

10. Security measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. This includes encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2+, strict role-based access management, and regular security reviews of our core database processors.

11. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our pre-launch practices or technical stack. Any changes will be made effective immediately by publishing the revised text on this page and updating the Last Updated date at the top. For any material changes that significantly affect your data protection rights, we will notify you directly via the email address provided to our waitlist.
